We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but as a parts supplier, we have to apply clear rules around returns and refunds. Please read the below carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or found the item elsewhere.
Please make sure the parts you're ordering are correct for your vehicle and compatible with your needs before checkout.
In rare cases where a return is accepted outside of these terms (at our discretion), a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the item must be:
Unused and in original packaging;
Returned at your expense;
Received by us within 14 days of approval.
If you cancel an order that was paid using third-party payment platforms (such as Afterpay, Zip, PayPal, or eBay), a 6% processing fee may be deducted from your refund. This covers non-refundable fees charged to us by these platforms.

If your product is defective or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You must:
Contact us as soon as the issue is identified.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
Return the product to us if required.
If the claim is approved, we will:
Cover the return shipping costs;
Either send you a replacement, repair the item, or refund the purchase price (including any processing fees originally charged).
We follow the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to:
A refund or replacement for a major fault;
A repair or replacement for a minor fault;
Fair handling of warranty claims (if applicable).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Nothing in this policy overrides those rights.
Incorrect fitment due to buyer error.
Any damage resulting from misuse, modification, or improper installation;
Claims made after a reasonable period or without evidence.
If your return is due to a fault or problem covered by the ACL, we’ll cover the return shipping.
If the return is not approved or not covered, you are responsible for return shipping.

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.
We may offer specific warranties for some products — these will be clearly stated on the product page. If applicable, warranty terms will be handled in line with both the warranty and your consumer rights.
